Last month, Third Wave Farms, a hemp company based in Kentucky, launched its first hemp dying and processing facility inside a 22,000 square-foot building in Kokomo. Last week the federal government proposed new hemp regulations where the amount of THC in hemp will be strictly regulated, causing Vermont hemp farmers to panic.
