Seattle Doctor Scores Court Win Against DEA Over Refusal to Reschedule Psilocybin
Last week, a federal appeals court ruled against the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) in a lawsuit filed by a doctor in Washington state who sought to get psilocybin rescheduled.
