A New Jersey lawmakers’ committee recently voted to progress a measure that would decriminalize cannabis possession and decrease the punishments for possessing psilocybin mushrooms in small amounts. Legislator Calls for Psychedelic Decriminalization in California

Senator Scott Wiener of California plans to introduce a bill to decriminalize the possession of psilocybin (magic) mushrooms and other psychedelic substances.
