Connecticut, Florida Legislators File Psychedelic Mushroom Bills
Legislators in Florida and Connecticut have filed new measures to reform state legislations on psychedelic mushrooms. Rep. Michael Grieco filed a bill in Florida last week. The legislation would establish the legal therapeutic use of psilocybin in the state, which is similar to a measure that voters in Oregon passed in November 2020. The main goal of Florida’s initiative is to promote the treatment of various mental health conditions with the help of psilocybin.
