The newly-granted patent is a substantial addition to Lexaria’s previously granted manufacturing method of use patent. In accordance with USPTO practice, there is no opposition period between allowance and issuance. The patent application number is 15/225,802 titled, “Food and Beverage Compositions Infused With Lipophilic Active Agents and Methods of Use Thereof”.
