The agreement for the license will provide access to large catalog of compounds that are complementary to Cybin’s preclinical assets and that strengthen the company’s drug-discovery and development platform to build future potential novel drug candidates. The agreement also supports Cybin’s broad intellectual property portfolio of innovative psychedelic-based molecules.
